We hold the details of all agreements between us & the hotels / resorts that we have business relationships with in the strictest of confidence unless required by law to report to the relevant authorities. Should we be forced into proving an agreement exists between us & a hotel / resort, a copy of the agreement will be heavily edited and will only show the letterhead, dates that the agreement is effective, along with the signatories of the document(s).
Limited client information will be passed onto the relevant hotel / resort to ensure a successful reservation. We hold all personal information of our clientele in the strictest of confidence unless required by law to report to the relevant authorities.
When we send emails with accommodation itineraries attached or other information we consider sensitive, we send them with a digital signature as added security. You can also use our digital signature to return emails to our sending email only. Our digital certificate public key is RSA 2048 bits strong.

General Newsletters: At a frequency of once per month or longer. General Newsletters are to advise of new hotels / resort that we have agreements with.
Special Newsletters: At a frequency of once per week or longer. We will send out a Special Newsletter when a hotel / resort that we have an agreement with, has a special that you may be interested in.
General & Special Newsletters will be combined where possible to generate less mail from us in your inbox. The Newsletter frequency described above does not mean that we will send emails at that frequency, it is our maximum frequency. The actual frequency is almost guaranteed to be far less.
